PASSVM IGT Benaco Bresciano Late Harvest of Tuchì Grapes

Wine made from the historical grapes of San Martino della Battaglia (Tuchì), through a reduced pruning, a careful selection and a drying of the grapes on the vine until late autumn.

To wither this particular grape is a rarity and just as such this wine should be tasted.

With a broad, soft, full-bodied aroma, it emphasizes floral tones along with balsamic notes of mint, honey, dried fruit and candied fruit.

The perfect match is with dry desserts and spicy cheeses such as blue cheese and gorgonzola.

Serving temperature 10 °C – 12 °C.
