“Faith, soil, fruit…”

The farm extends over a total surface area of 25 hectares, 15 of which are dedicated to growing vines, the success story of Cobue production.

It is Maurizio, farmer and learned cellarman who vinifies the grapes from the different vineyards together with the whole Castoldi family and its collaborators. The grapes, prevalently local, are used to make unique and “Sincere” wines.

Care for the plants, maintaining the vines, less pruning, bunch selection and increasingly less invasive treatments are the philosophy and modus operandi of Cobue, in full respect of Nature.
