This wine is just one of a kind. The vintage is made from selected grapes of Groppello, a red grape native to Lake Garda, vinified in white and then put in the bottle for the second fermentation with the classic method.
After a minimum stay of 36 months on the lees it is disgorged and left at least 6 months in the bottle, aging.
Gritty, elegant and with unique color, scents and flavors. Great bubbles throughout the meal, perfect with every fish dish.
Serve cold at 6 ° C – 8 °C
