ZERO Spumante Metodo Classico Pas dosé


Blanc de Blanc obtained from a selection of the best Chardonnay grapes, harvested in advance to obtain musts with greater freshness and acidity, is then put in the bottle for the second fermentation with the classic method.

After a long stay on its lees (36 months)  it is disgorged and aged for another six months in bottle.

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers, fish, vegetables. Excellent wine and perfect with shellfish and raw fish.

It should be served cold at 6 °C – 8 °C.
