MILLE Spumante Metodo Classico BRUT


Blanc de Blanc Brut obtained from a careful selection of the best Chardonnay grapes, harvested in advance to obtain musts with greater freshness and acidity, is then put in the bottle for the second fermentation with the classical method.

After a long stay on the lees of at least 36 months, it is then disgorged, dosed and aged for another six months in bottle.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is accompanied by every appetizer, all kinds of fish and shellfish, every vegetable. Great full-meal wine.

Serving temperature 6 ‍°C – 8 °C.
