Rosé made from selected grapes of Groppello, an autochthonous red grape of the Garda Lake. It is then put in the bottle for the second fermentation with the classical method.
Permanence on the lees for at least 24 months and aging in the bottle for 6 more months.
It has the color, scent and taste of a great Italian sparkling wine.
It is appreciated paired with fish, but it is amazing on his own as aperitif.
Serve cold at 6 ºC to 8 ºC.
