Dolce Colle Marzemino IGT Benaco Bresciano


Wine obtained from a maceration of selected grapes of Marzemino.

Ruby red color, rich in violet reflections. Intense and very delicate with hints of almonds and berries. Savory, full, dry and harmonious taste tending to more bitter notes.

It pairs beautifully with every mushroom dish. Perfect with cold cuts and red meats but it shows a new and surprising facet when put in the fridge and served with flavourful fish dishes.

It should be served, generally, at a temperature of 18 ºC – 20 ºC.
